If you have more than one .SDC file (part , part 2…) you can merge them first with the dos command:
copy /b file.sdc+file2.sdc combinedfile.sdc

Example:
copy /b windows_vista_x86_dvd_X12-59010.01.sdc+windows_vista_x86_dvd_X12-59010.02.sdc windows_vista_x86_dvd_X12-59010.sdc

The syntax for the SDC unpacker is:
unpacksdc [file to unpack] skipcrc

Example:
unpacksdc \windows_vista_x86_cd3_X12-54428.iso.sdc c:\ skipcrc
