Sony Ericsson PC Suite 5.0
The Sony Ericsson PC Suite It is a free software application that enhances the functionality of your Sony Ericsson mobile phone.
The Sony Ericsson PC Suite connects your phone to your computer so you can synchronise and manage your personal
data (such as calendar and contact information) and connect your computer to the Internet via the phone.
Just download the file to a temporary folder on your PC. It is recommended that you uninstall any previously installed version of the Sony
Ericsson PC Suite. Execute the downloaded file. If you are updating to a newer version of the Sony Ericsson PC Suite, you may need to restart the PC after the new installation is completed.
The Sony Ericsson PC Suite consists of these
components:
Sony Ericsson File Manager. Allows you to browse content from the phones file system and exchange multimedia files between the phone and the PC.
Sony Ericsson Image Editor. Allows you to crop, zoom and rotate, and adjust colour,
contrast and brightness settings for many PC image file formats that you then can send directly to your phone.
Sony Ericsson MMS Home Studio. Allows you to create MMS templates on your PC and then download them directly to your phone.
Sony
Ericsson Mobile Networking Wizard. Helps you create dialup networking connections on your personal computer. Now also includes an easyconnect button.
Sony Ericsson Sync Station. Program for synchronising your Microsoft Outlook (contacts,
calendar, notes and tasks), Outlook Express (contacts) or Windows Address Book with your Sony Ericsson mobile phone.

Installation instructions:
Download
the file to a temporary folder on your PC.
It is recommended that you uninstall any previously installed version of the Sony Ericsson PC Suite.
Execute the downloaded file.
If you are updating to a newer version of the Sony Ericsson PC
Suite, you may need to restart the PC after the new installation is completed.

DirectX 9.0c (if not included in your OS, download it from Microsoft)

Update the software in your
phone
TThe Update Service application can be downloaded and installed on your computer to keep your phones software uptodate and ensure optimum performance.
All you need to update the software is an Internetenabled computer and a USB cable.
Update Service will guide you smoothly through the update process. You can choose when to do this; the process will normally take 1020 minutes depending on the Internet connection speed.
The same Update Service application can be used with all
supported devices, including the latest PC cards. This means you dont need to download a new application if you change phone model or purchase another compatible Sony Ericsson device.
Note: You should always backup the personal data stored on
your phone before commencing an update.
